Just thought I would introduce myself...

My name is Andy Edwards and I am a UK based drummer/drum clinician and teacher.

As a drum clinician I find drum forums an excellent source of material for my clinics and this one seems one of the most intelligent and inspiring I have visited!

I am gearing up for some clinics and would like to know what you guys are REALLY looking for when you go to one.

I have just redone my site with a lot more content...tell me what you think.

Hello Pocketime

I am entirely self-taught with all the standard influences, mainly, John Bonham, Billy Cobham, Terry Bozzio, Vinnie and more recently Thomas Lang and Marco Minneman.

I do a lot of clinics here in the UK which applies theories from cognitive science, NLP and some my own theories on music to drumming.

I also have my own band and drum school.

I stopped all the other touring and recording I was doing last year to concentrate on the clinic side of things as I believe music as a creative art is a bit out of balance at the moment, and has become more about measurement than expression. I'm trying to do my (albeit small) bit to redress that unbalance.
